We're applying a hotfix upon XO 10.14.0/ 11.13.0 and XOCC 3.13.0 in the US region to address a critical issue that fixes a conversation that remains in the agent queue despite user terminates the call from Agent queue. There shall be NO impact as a result of this deployment - you can continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
