Scheduled - We are executing an immediate rollback of the recent deployment due to a critical routing/gateway incompatibility issue in the APISIX layer. The new release causes the API gateway to drop legitimate user requests with HTTP 502 Bad Gateway errors on critical routing and Single Sign-On (SSO) and other re-direct endpoints . Rolling back to the previous stable release will instantly restore platform stability while the root cause is addressed in a non-production environment.

We are resolving this incident as it was created with the intention to make our users and subscribers aware of this issue.

Investigating - We are currently observing increased latency for multiple services hosted in the Microsoft Azure West US 2 region.

This appears to be related to an ongoing Azure platform incident: https://azure.status.microsoft/en-gb/status.

Our teams are actively monitoring the situation.

At this time, we would like to clarify that there is no service degradation from the Kore application perspective, and the impact is due to external infrastructure factors.
