We are applying an urgent Hotfix on AI4 Service (v11.29.0) for the US_AZ region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
Campaigns: Contact lists synced through an API can now sync every 5, 10, 15 or 30 seconds, which supports 100K contacts. Voice campaigns get a new Pre-dial Hook for select accounts.
Security: Admins can choose which roles get auto-logged-out, with the warning shown on every page. Adds Azure Key Vault key rotation and encryption for the AAConversation API.
Quality AI: Agent AI now sends conversation start, transfer and end events to Quality AI. Fixes calls not being scored, IVR audio counted as agent speech, and logs missing after an audit.
Agent desktop: Fixes the blank Workbin email, Supervisor View opening the wrong conversation, the missing agent Exit option, and closed chats stuck in the console (DE only).
Agent AI: Fixes NBA tiles missing from analytics and playbooks not detected in voice flows.
Platform: Fixes the fromAgent flag not reaching the SDK, false context-limit warning emails, and reports showing GMT instead of IST. LLM and Key Vault URLs now go through VPN (UAT only).
