We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.27.1 in the US region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
We are delivering hotfix today to address the notification sound is not played when a conversation is in Auto accept mode by the agent(Agent Notification System), Observing high response times and error rate for webhook channel and RTM channel Socket(XO11 Run Time).
