What’s happening As part of our ongoing commitment to platform security and reliability, we will be enabling TLS encryption across all of our Kubernetes and Virtual Machine infrastructure. This ensures data is encrypted in transit between all internal services.
Why downtime is required Applying this change across every layer of the platform at once can’t be done without interrupting services. A full maintenance window lets us complete the upgrade safely, validate each component, and avoid partial or inconsistent configurations.
What to expect
- The KSA region will be unavailable for the duration of the window. - No action is required from your side, and your data and configurations will not be affected. - We’ll post updates here as the work progresses and confirm once services are fully restored.
