We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the DE production environment as part of our ongoing infrastructure upgrade, which includes migrating the environment from a virtual-machine setup to a modern, Kubernetes-based architecture. As part of this work, we are also enhancing our database architecture to improve connection handling, load balancing, and overall stability under higher workloads, and deploying the latest bi-weekly platform update.
Maintenance window: 18-SEP-2026, 5:00 AM IST to 10AM IST
Expected downtime: Approximately 30 minutes during this window. A service interruption is expected during the database conversion step within this window.
Action required: None. Your configurations, integrations, and data remain unchanged. We will confirm here once the maintenance is complete and the environment is verified stable
