Dear subscriber,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are initiating the DE (Frankfurt) region January Sprint release deployment during this time instead of earlier communicated 12-Feb-2025.
There is no expected downtime as such but this is more for the awareness of the users/customers. The patch will contain fixes/updates for SmartAssist(XO Contact Center) as well as XO Platform.
