We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO 11.27.0 in the UAE region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.

We are currently addressing an issue causing intermittent SIP refer agent transfer failure in the UAE environment related to a data processing conflict, there will be no downtime due to this deployment.
