Resolved – Intermittent Call Drops

Between 9:44 PM IST (12:14 PM EST) and 10:31 PM IST (1:01 PM EST) on August 18, 2026, we observed intermittent call drops associated with 487 – Request Terminated errors. The issue may have affected a subset of bots during this period.

Our teams promptly investigated and resolved the issue. No further occurrences have been observed since 10:31 PM IST (1:01 PM EST).
