We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.25.0 in the US region at this time to resolve a critical issue (detailed below) identified after deploying v11.25.0 recently. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
As part of our recent security hardening (Content Security Policy compliance), certain chat message types — feedback ratings, cards, forms, and list views — stopped displaying in the web client. The root cause was identified in how these templates were packaged for the new security model; the fix has been applied, fully tested across all 67 message templates, and the chat experience is restored with the stronger security controls intact.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Region - USA (Bot Uptime, APIs, Bot Builder, Bot Administration Application) and SmartAssist - USA (Nuance, Kore IVR, Kore Agent Desktop).
