This is to inform our ARTEMIS users that we will be deploying v1.8.1.03 PROD Release during this time.
Hotfix Rationale: This hotfix urgently addresses severe production-blocking workflow engine saturation while shipping time-sensitive latency and capability enhancements required for live real-time voice operations.
Voice Pipeline Impact: Integrates ElevenLabs V4 Turbo TTS and configurable filler-to-answer pauses (filler.pipelineAnswerGapMs) to reduce speech generation latency, prevent audio overlap, and enable streaming emotional cues.
Softphone & Access Impact: Launches shareable mobile softphone links with live SSE transcript streaming to enable secure external testing and agent calling over KoreVG without disrupting existing endpoint infrastructure.
Runtime Stability Impact: Resolves Artemis workflow queue bottlenecks and 60-second execution timeouts under high traffic to prevent aborted chat turns, eliminate tool call failures, and restore overall platform capacity.
