We are applying an urgent Hotfix on AI4 Service Platform (XO-10/XO-11) /Search AI (XO-11) -10.30.1/11.29.0 the US region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
Platform : A fix is being deployed to address an issue where some media attachments are not being delivered through the IVR channel. The fix corrects attachment filename handling for media URLs without file extensions.
Search : A fix is being deployed to address an issue where documents synced through the Salesforce Connector are visible in Search AI but their content is not retrieved correctly. The fix addresses document content/chunk mapping during retrieval for affected Salesforce-synced documents.
