This is to inform our ARTEMIS users that we will be deploying a patch in this PROD region during this time. The below are the key highlights of the patch:
1. Voice surveys are complete across KoreVG: CSAT gathering, DTMF input, transfer return-leg ratings, survey rendering, and feedback persistence now work across the full agent-transfer lifecycle.
2. KoreVG playback and handoff behavior is safer: Protected TTS ordering, pre-transfer announcements, no-input timing, final-response deduplication, cross-pod terminal closure, and Nova handoff context replay are hardened.
3. Survey authoring and portability are more reliable: Comment-only conditions, follow-up controls, RICH_CONTENT payloads, imported survey templates, serving-time template resolution, and Studio scoring are aligned.
4. Realtime stream behavior is more predictable: Stream whitespace and completion freshness are corrected, while filler, handoff, and response history paths retain the right ownership and state and
5. The release adds targeted runtime compatibility fixes. Unknown model extraction budgets remain bounded, service and voice migrations converge, and existing channel and survey contracts remain covered by regression tests
