We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO-11 v11.29.1 in US region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
ML bots experienced response delays, with voice calls slowing from ~1 second to 5–10 seconds.
Although performance is currently normal, the hotfix is required to prevent slowdowns from recurring during future volume spikes. The hotfix corrects the server validation logic to eliminate unnecessary reloads and permanently restore stable response times.
