OpenAI recently introduced changes to the realtime API payload format and realtime endpoint URL, which impacted customers using OpenAI Realtime Voice capabilities within the Agentic Platform.
As part of this Hot Fix (HF), we have implemented the required compatibility updates across both:
Agentic Platform
Voice Gateway (VG)

All impacted realtime voice flows have been updated and validated to ensure stability and backward compatibility
