We're applying a hotfix in the US region to address a critical issue related to a few user bots that are failing to transfer calls to live agents, resulting in disrupted customer support interactions after our recent April sprint release deployment yeserday. There shall me NO impact as a result of this deployment - you can continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
