Hello Kore.ai Search AI users,

This is to proactively notify that via internal monitoring we had observed sporadic degraded performance between Jan 28, 2025 12:27 AM IST and Jan 28, 2025 3:17 AM IST.

Currently, the alerts have recovered and all the SearchAI product is completely operational but we are monitoring on high alert.

The impact is only limited to SearchAI users. This incident did not impact XO and XOCC users who do not use Search AI as well.

Please be assured that we are on standby and we are already investigating the matter on high priority.
