UPDATE: We have identified and resolved a regression issue during our ongoing validations in the Staging environment (XO-11). Our QA teams are now conducting an additional round of regression testing before providing the final sign-off. As a result, the US region deployment has been rescheduled to Wednesday at 10 AM IST to ensure a smooth rollout. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

January Sprint release is planned at this time. There is no expected downtime as such but this is more for the awareness of the users/customers. The patch will contain fixes/updates for SmartAssist(XO Contact Center) as well as XO Platform.
