We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.25.0 in the US region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers. A hotfix has to be deployed to address a set of issues identified across various platform components. The update includes corrections for certain workflow processing scenarios, user authentication and access improvements, enhancements to file ingestion and indexing capabilities, and fixes for specific web client and synchronization behaviors.
These changes are aimed at improving overall platform stability, reliability, and user experience. Our teams have completed the deployment and are actively monitoring the environment to ensure all services continue to operate as expected.
