We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO-11 v11.29.1 in IND region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
Enforced request sequencing (seq_message_to_bot) for call-disconnection and exit flows so requests are processed sequentially, preventing parallel execution and race conditions in CS.
When moving an email conversation to the workbin, agent identifiers (aId / iId) were not being retained in email_workbin, causing the conversation to disappear from the agent's personal view and omit agent metadata in the supervisor view.
