Hi.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the AU region in which queries that rely on website-crawled content and uploaded documents may return fallback responses instead of the expected answers. FAQ-based queries continue to function as expected. Our Engineering team is actively investigating the issue, and we will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
