We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.24.1 in the DE region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
A minor update has been successfully applied with no customer impact. This update improves text pasting reliability and provides clearer visual distinctions between different session types (Automation, CCaaS, Agent, and Search).
