We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO 11.29.0 in the UAE region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
We are currently addressing below fix: Preserves and reattaches the first userInput during asynchronous session initialization (asyncCallback: true), preventing new messages from bypassing the DialogGPT engine.
Behavioral Impact:
First messages from new or returning users (e.g., after 72h timeout) are now recognized by DialogGPT immediately.
Eliminates false fallback prompts on initial conversation turns.
Removes the dependency on having an explicit welcome message to initialize sessions.
Lifecycle: First-message processing, asynchronous session hydration, and start-flow callflows.
Channels: WhatsApp, Genesys, and Webhook integrations.
Impacted Areas: KeyServer/lib/utils/keyVaultGatewayMapper.js (BYOK). The gateway token fetch and the wrap/unwrap/getKey/getKeyVersions calls now use a CA-trusted HTTPS agent, set by the ca field in config.request.kstore (falls back to default; unchanged if no CA is set). Applies to Mashreq XO11, UAT first. there will be no downtime due to this deployment.
