We're applying a hotfix upon XO 10.17.0/ 11.16.0 in the JP region to address a few critical issues that fixes the below issues - you can continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.

Issues being addressed:
A hotfix is being provided to address the FAQ confirmation flow issue. The server logic has been updated to ensure complete context is passed during all dialog transitions, preventing downstream failures and enabling smooth user interaction.
