We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.25.0 in IND region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
This deployment is intended to reduce the batch job concurrency from 40 to 10 for the window-based delayed processing feature in QM. Additionally, the TTL for conversations stored in the korevgtranscripts collection is being reduced to 1 day to optimize data retention and resource utilization
