We are applying an urgent Hotfix on XO v11.25.0 in the US region at this time. You can still continue using our services as usual. This communication serves as a general note to our customers.
The Duration-Based Conversation Records Public API has been enhanced to provide richer interaction data. In addition to conversation details, the API now supports retrieval of AI-generated summaries, user feedback, and agentic conversation history, enabling customers to build deeper integrations and gain better visibility into Agent AI interactions.
